Our Policies & Guidelines
NEW SOUTH MOTEL INN POLICIES:
- Free cancellation of your reservation if canceled within 48 hours of your reservation, failing to do so will result in a charge for 1 night per room to your credit card or other guaranteed payment method. Taxes may apply.
- We will text and email reservation information prior to your day of arrival. Please save the #706-752-7370 in your phone to ensure you receive our communications.
- Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.
- For group reservations (5 or more rooms) please contact us by email info@newsouthmotorinn.com. There is a $500 deposit and special room rates.
- In the event of a pandemic, government shutdown or an uncontrollable event, vouchers will be issued instead of refunds.
- Check-in: 4:00PM. If you need an early check-in, you must request with us ahead of time. If early check-in is available, it is subject to an additional charge. We do not have an on-site office. Entry will be made by an access code so please ensure you have checked your email for this information.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM. If you would like a late check out of 12 noon, it depends on availability and must be requested in advance. Providing a late check-out is subject to a charge of $35 being added to your stay.
- Smoking and/or vaping is not permitted in the room. Violations will result in a $250 fee added to the reservation.
- Damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishing and equipment including the removal of electronic equipment, towels, artwork, etc. will be charge at 120% of full and new replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges. Any damage to hotel property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest. In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued.
Pets:
- Pets are allowed in pet-friendly rooms with a fee of $35 per night. 25lb max. for up to 2 pets.
- Wipe off paws when coming in from outside.
- Pets are not permitted on the furnishings unless a pet blanket or towel is being utilized. Stained furnishings, linen or towels will be charged for their replacement at cost.
- If the carpet requires professional cleaning, there will be a charge of $125.
- Any other damage charges will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Housekeeping:
- We don't offer in room housekeeping during your stay but be assured your room will be thoughtfully cleaned and stocked prior to your arrival. For multiple night stays, a request for additional towels can be made to us prior to checking in. Any other special requests should be made prior to check in.
Parking:
- No RV or tractor trailer parking
GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICIES:
- Gift certificates are transferable. Any remaining amount on gift certificates can be used at a later day up to the expiration date. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
